Whoo, caught up. Blogging with a purpose is no fun.
Day 60: Express Your Views Today.
I was supposed to go the books website and express my views but I couldn’t find the place where it’s supposed to go so I found another oppurtunity.
I was in line at Walgreens when the cashier mentioned to the person in in front of me that M&Ms were buy one get one free. The person said they were allergic to peanuts and therefore couldn’t buy them. I piped in with:
“Well, the Company that makes M&M’s does horrible tests on animals so you shouldn’t buy them anyways. Avoid Mars candy…buy Hersheys.”
And two grown men, AGREED WITH ME!
I’m not used to people caring about animals but the both said they were “disgusted” with that. So yea….

Day 59: Get A Hobby.
I was given a list.

“Try To Grow Another Toe.”

Day 58: Closure Day.
I was supposed to call up my kindergarten teacher and ask her if she’s found my rattle. The idea of this day made me laugh out loud. Unfortunately, I lived in California when I was in kindergarden and I don’t even know my teachers name. Mrs. Peterson….maybe? No real idea.
Also, she was pretty damn old. She’s probably croaked…to put it bluntly.

Day 57: See More Of Your World Today.
The book said to take your bus one stop to far and walk the rest of the way to work. I drive to work so that wasn’t an option.
So, early morning ( we’re talking 5:30 am here ) I woke up and wandered around my apartment complex and beyond. I found out that I have a River Front Times, a free magazine with cool things to do in and around St. Louis, dispenser in my complex. I also found out that right on the other side of my beautiful, neighborhood like complex, is a freaking crap-tastic place. I don’t even know what it was. It just had rocks and crap. It made me very sad. But, it was a wonderful and refreshing walk.
